We've had some beautifully frosty and snowy days here in Surrey this past week. So I ventured out into the valley just behind our house to talk about our lost connection to nature, taken from my forthcoming book (release date in 2021) on Forest Bathing. I hope you enjoy it and that it inspires you to go out and revitalise your connection to the land and the trees and the animals and the birds. Don't laugh, but personally for me this week I've fallen in love with the Herdwick breed of sheep and have started imagining having a small holding!
