October is the month when we begin to feel autumn, with golden sunlight and morning mists. As we gently slide into everything that is good about this new season, perhaps watching the turning of the leaves or gathering hips from the hedgerows, being out in nature, particularly in the woods, this month is a true delight. So come and share some October joy in the forest with this wellbeing in nature walk where we allow ourselves time to slow down and notice the extraordinary benefits to our health when we do so. There will be gentle guided nature practices for you to try.  This session is 3 hours and will take place at the Surrey Wildlife Trust's private wildlife reserve Nower Wood. See here for details on the location https://www.surreywildlifetrust.org/nature-reserves/nower-wood-educational-nature-reserve

We'll meet in the car park 10-15 minutes before to begin promptly at 9.15am, finishing at 12pm.
