May is the month the oak tree bursts into life, dance around the maypole and bathe in the pre-dawn dew. It's also the month when things really begin to warm up both underfoot as well as high above ground. So come and share some springtime joy in the forest with this wellbeing in nature walk where we allow ourselves time to slow down and notice the extraordinary benefits to our health when we do so. There will be gentle guided nature practices for you to try. The session is 2.45 hours and will take place at the Surrey Wildlife Trust's private wildlife reserve Nower Wood. See here for details on the location https://www.surreywildlifetrust.org/nature-reserves/nower-wood-educational-nature-reserve

We'll meet in the car park 10-15 minutes before to begin promptly at 9.15am, finishing at approximately 12pm.
